If you have to accompany your kid to a job interview you have failed as a parent.

I’ve heard of this but I’ve never seen it. I’ve asked husband, since he actually does interviews, and he hasn’t either but that he has friends who work for “younger” companies that have witnessed it. How could you possible hire someone that can’t even go to an interview on their own? Blows my mind.
